The process of buying a HUD home has changed a little bit over the last few months.
Earnest money varies from 500.00 to 1000.00 or even 1% of sales price depending on the contractor that will be looking at the offers for that particular property.
There is a 100.00-250.00 Charge to get home re-winterized after a home inspection is finished now as well.
Investors have to wait 30 days to make an offer on a HUD house.
